Charlie Sheen just reduced the price of his Beverly Hills home by $800,000, now priced at $9.2 million dollars. He originally purchased the home for $7.2 million in 2006 so after the price reduction he will see a $2 Million profit before commissions and fees.
Russell Simmons has listed his Hollywood Hills luxury home for $8.25 million dollars. He originally purchased the home in 2013 for $5.877 million. I was looking at the images and this home looks more like a retreat. It was built in 1937 with a 6,085 square foot house sitting an a 14,321 square foot property.
